Maintenance contract ConServis Málaga

ConServis Málaga now also offers you the possibility of a maintenance contract.
This means that for the price of € 100 (normally 4 working hours) I will come to you 5 times and dedicate one working hour per time to check and maintain your computer. These 5 times will be distributed over one year.

If you wish you can also opt for a contract with a maximum time of response. The extra costs per year are, in 2 hours € 250, in 4 hours € 200 and in 8 hours € 150.

With a maintenance contract you will assured of a computer with up-to-date programs and drivers for external equipment. This way you will have less problems when you visit internet-pages, use your programs, print, etc.

The following will be checked and taken care of:

• Programs
  All installed programs will be checked if the are running the most recent version. If not this version will be downloaded and installed.
• Drivers
  The same will be done for drivers necessary for your attached printer, external hard drive or other external equipment.
• Junk and temporary files
  Your computer will be cleaned regarding junk-files. These are files that remain on your computer after you had crash or not correctly closed Windows.
  They also include the 'temporary' files that are put onto your computer while surfing the Internet.
  Both will take up hard disk space with files that normally will never be used anymore, they also can reduce the speed of your computer.
• Registry
  The Windows Registry (start-up file) will be cleaned, for which the computer will start up more efficiently (read: quicker).
  When you install a program, information about this will be added to the Registry. When unstalling the same program, this information is not always deleted correctly. This action will.
• Defragmentation
  With the (daily) use of your computer, (bigger) files are bound to be saved in a lot of small pieces (fragments). It will take a computer longer to load a fragmented file, then it needs to load a one-piece file.
  Defragmentation will search for such fragmented files and will put them back together as one file. This will also speed up the computer.

On your wish the hard-drives can also be tested or a back-up copy made of your user data.

 

At the first visit it will take probably more than a working hour to update your computer. Some small programs will also be installed. This extra time will be charged.

 

The price of the maintenance contract is per computer and per year, and covers only the working hours.
Drive-out charges will be calculated following the current standard hour tariff, but with a minimum of € 10.
If downloads are necessary, it is assumed that the client has a working Internet connection. If a download needs to be realised by other means, this will be charged.
