My name is Hans Peeters, I'm Dutch and am working already 30 years with computers.
Since the Commodore 64 I have
worked with DOS, MS-DOS, DR-DOS, Windows 3(.11),95, 98, 2000, XP, Vista, 7, Novell and Microsoft
networks and Apple computers.
I started ConServis in 2007 to help my clients at their home, with their computer.
The name ConServis is a combination of 'con' (with) and 'service'. It is written as it is to be also meaningful in other languages.
I started with computers in the beginning of the 80ies. I was 18 and bought
a Commodore 64. Most of the other C64 users were only playing games on it, but I, most of the time, was programming in Basic and learning how
to use wordprocessing, databases and spreadsheets. This is how I started to understand a bit what a computer could do.
At
the end of my contract of my first job, with Rank Xerox, I used my knowledge
about wordprocessing to send 100 personalized job-applications ..... in a few hours.
One of these applications brought me to my next job at AGMI Tegelen, where I would
stay for 12 years. I started in sales until the manager brought me 2 computers. The first ones in the company and
not yet used, with the
remark "I understand you know a bit about computers and would like it if you could do something with them to help our company.
This is how my
work as system-administrator began.
10 years later, when I left AGMI, the company had a network with 35 computers and Exact Software, dealing with every aspect
of the company, purchase, production, sales, warehouse, taxes, etc.
axes, etc.
The company CSS Rocomp, giving Exact-consultancy, asked me to come and work for
them, because of my knowledge but also curiosity and being solution minded. From
there I also got the chance to go work at Exact Software Spain in
Madrid in 1999.
Although I never stopped working with computers, and
was able to help a few companies here in Spain, it never was my main responsability, until 2007.
In 2007 I returned to my first 'love' the computer.
As mentioned I started the company to help my clients at their home. Did you know there are lots of computers that do not do what their user
wants them to do? And here I can be of help. Because of my 30 years of experience I have seen a lot and explained many people how to use their
computer or program better, or which program or computer could do it better.
But most important, at home is where the problems arise and are easiest solved. Additionally my clients feel more relaxed.
As I was at the clients home anyway,
I often was asked if I could also help them with their (mobile) phone, satellite, DVD, TV, Blu-ray, etc.
And in most cases I could.
I also was able to help
many of my clients with their applications for a NIE or Residencia, bring their
car to the ITV (MOT) or in misunderstandings between them and a company because
of language problems.
So these services are also at your disposal.
As you can see on these pages, it does not matter whether you speak English, Spanish,
Dutch or German, I can help you, in your language.
